I had my first Out of Body experience a week ago. Simply put, it was incredible beyond everything else I'd felt in the past year I've started all this psychic jazz.
I visited a physical place on Earth, a bank, and made sure not to touch the cops because I didn't want them to be freaked out by a ghost or something, I visited a door in space with a little elf sitting on the knob, he told me to open the door but I declined, and I visited my special place inside my mind, my happy spot where I can control everything. It was odd, I knew that I was OOBE-ing, but I only felt and percieved what was there. I felt the sandy beach on my island, I heard the elf with my eyes, I could create strawberrys and eat them, it was very delicious. I felt the cold in the bank, and although I could phase through the walls and floors by willing myself one way, I felt the building inside me, if that makes sense.
I'd like to OOBE again. This happened completely on accident, with no conscious desire on my behalf. This seems to hold so much potential, the ability to go anywhere, on Earth, off Earth, or inside an imaginary world.
Does anyone know any successful methods to invoke an OOBE?

Well, I've never had an OOBE... but if you managed to do it, then you must have done something right.
Do you remember what were you thinking at the time? what was your focus? maybe you were listening to something special...
I don't think you made it just by coincidence

Completely and utterly on accident. I've heard about OOBE's before, but I never read up on them, or tried to do it. I knew what it was after I was there. Kind of like in the Matrix movies, when they go inside, they know they're still sleeping, but everything they sense/feel is what is there.
If anyone has any successful methods, I'm all ears.

What I do is put it on repeat and listen to it all night through headphones but you can listen to it anytime you want to I guess. I'm just not convinced it'll work that way. You can try

thanks for uploading all these files Kaydon. However, they are huge. If you convert them to mp3 instead of flac than that would be ideal.
